Has anyone else been exploring Chinese LLM APIs recently?

I’ve been testing a few smaller platforms over the past couple weeks and the pricing difference is honestly kind of insane compared to OpenAI/Anthropic.

Some of the newer providers are cheap enough that running multi-agent workflows or heavy coding usage suddenly becomes realistic for indie builders. A few of them also expose DeepSeek/Qwen models through OpenAI-compatible APIs, so integration is pretty painless.

I’m still testing reliability + rate limits, but so far a couple of them are way better than I expected.

Curious if anyone else here has experimented with this space yet.
