We sold everything we owned in Kansas City and are searching for the place we will raise our children! Here are our preferences, budget, etc.

Coastal town
Very family friendly (we have 3 kids under age 4)
Plan to homeschool but good schools are still a plus if they want to go to public
Very active lifestyle
Budget is 1.5 million for a 4/5 bedroom house
We work remote and can work from anywhere

Am I missing anything? My husband is from Florida and I am from Texas originally and just really did not like Kansas City for raising a family (bad weather, not super friendly?, landlocked with no beaches or mountains)
