Hi all!

I put in an offer on a house in Lot-et-Garonne last week, and it was accepted!

I am looking for a legal expert (lawyer, notary?) who can read the documents and let me know if anything is off. I am not expecting any issues as the house was sold before but the sale fell through because of an issue on the buyer's side.

I'm looking for someone who either speaks English or Dutch to check the docs so that I am comfortable signing the final docs.
