I forgot to cancel a 3 day free trial on an app and it took $89.99 from my account. I cancelled it on the third day but i was too late. I requested a refund and they declined it, i appealed and they declined again.

Would I have better luck if I called them? Or should I call my bank and say something? Or am i done for
