I had turned off the adaptive sound control, put my glasses out and tried all of the available tutorial to fix this problem but it doesn’t work. My headphone ANC just make anything outside blurred a little bit, and I can still hear all human voice and the car noise although i have turned on the ANC, how to fix it or I should send it for warranty?
