22f, 5'0 and about 87-88lbs

I've been losing weight recently, down from about 95lbs. I've lost the weight deliberately and am still losing weight but almost entirely through cutting out alcohol rather than severely restricted eating.

Some BMI calculators say I'm a couple lbs underweight and some say I'm right at the bottom of the healthy weight range but I know BMI isn't particularly accurate and my body isn't showing any signs of stress (e.g. I have long hair/nails and still get regular periods). I also wouldn't say I look particularly skinny, I'm definitely not what someone would picture as underweight.

Is it actually unhealthy or just that my body prefers to be at a lower weight than most?
