Does anyone know what version of these plushies are called?

So I was looking through my old box of plushies I used to play when I was little, and I’m thinking of selling them, but the thing is that I don’t know what the versions of these plushies are called, can someone help?

Note: I’m also unsure if the toad is a bootleg of the Mario party 5 plush set

Note 2: I know the froggy puppet isn’t Mario related but if anyone knows what this froggy puppet is called, please tell me

Why damaged? Because I don’t need it a good condition, and what I mean by damaged is like it’s missing its overalls, hat, mustache, stuff like that, if anyone has it I’ll buy it off them one day, just wondering if anyone has one, but basically long story short I need them for a film project and it’s specifically needs to be those two plushies
