i wanted him to look as disgusting and organically grotesque as possible.
My base Sprout design is infact, not snouted like his twisted. i just imagine it grows into one as he twists. and its as painful as it sounds.
his normal arm is still there, its just shrivelled up. i imagine all the protein and muscle got redirected to his twisted arm.
the scab like things on his twisted arm are HEAVILY based off of steroids scars irl. as well as general scabs.
his apron has a hole in it where intestines come through
thats about all i have to yap about. unless ya wanna hear about how i would rework him as a twisted to fit this redesign and my HC.
