Hey people!
Bit of history here!
- used to be a dancer
- 19 year old female
- always had ‘clicky knees’
To cut a long story short, 2 weeks ago I was walking and just felt some pain in my knee. No specific injury, no fall/twist/definitive cause. Noticed swelling over a couple days, and am now in absolute agony, struggling to walk/bend/kneel down. Swelling around and behind my knee. Pain behind my knee, and more around the right hand side. This knee now bends further back in a ‘C’ shape, compared to the other.
Basically just asking what people’s experience with non-trauma associated knee pain is?
