I’m in New York and 💯 p+t

My vehicle registration is up next month and I was thinking of getting these disabled vet plates. However, it feels like a bad idea because it’s basically broadcasting you’re a rated disabled vet. That seems to get some people targeted?

I’m not sure what the benefits are except free registration and maybe a cop will give me a pass if I get pulled over.

Am I missing something or is that about it?
