Musway Side Effect help

I've got the Musway amp plug and play setup from the Bilsradio folks in my 5N and I intermittently get loud static or quieter crackle audible from the external front speaker on startup. Embarrassing sometimes as it's sometimes very loud. I messaged the folks and they said it was likely a car-specific issue, that they've heard of it before but it was rare and changing the harness didn't help. I haven't found a particular thing to do or not when starting that seems to trigger or prevent it.

I'm not sure if I've seen in normal Ioniq5 chat or the FB group that it occurs, do folks with Musway have this problem? It comes from the pedestrian warning speaker. Any solutions found?

Looking for insight - have Pilot Sport 4S NDO tires on a Hyundai Ioniq5N, about 3 months/2500 miles, cold pressure has been about 36 - 37 psi cold with recommended pressure being 35. Have noticed this tread pattern on all 4 tires, seems they've all worn the same. I live in Southern California and there hasn't been much rain. I'm not doing hard crazy launches, most of the mileage has been daily commuting. The tires came pre-installed from Atomic Wheels so not from a local dealer.

Is this premature wear or normal for the sipes to be worn away so dramatically on the outer shoulder and center rib with almost nothing on the inner shoulder?

If I have to look for a local place for a warranty claim, would a local tire shop be able to file for a claim?

This might be my inexperience - I'm at 10000 miles overall, about 2500 miles on PS4S tires and I noticed tonight it's like almost all the sipes have worn away. I know there's not much to begin with but it seems unusual that the center rib and inner shoulder are almost nothing. All 4 tires have worn the same. Others have similar? I just drove down from Northern to Southern California and it rained a bit on the way down, nothing felt squirrelly with the wet and we don't get much rain here most of the time but wondering if I have to be more careful.
