Anybody else having App and Support issues today?

1. When I'm Dashing and want to decline an offer, nothing happens when I hit "Decline". I have to wait for the timer to run out.

2. I sent a friend my referral code by text. She clicked on the link and signed up and everything went fine and she's Dashing. But when I check my referral status on my App, it says I haven't referred anybody.

3. Tried to call Support to ask about the referral problem. I got the voice that says, "Are you calling in as a Dasher?" I say yes, the voice asks the same question again, I yell yes; voice asks the same question, I scream yes, same question asked. Called multiple times and 2 different support numbers, can't get through to anyone.
