If you are seeing this error and WARP is stuck in a "Validating Network" loop, here is what worked for me.

1. Try this first

In the WARP app, go to Preferences ⇨ Connection and click Reset all settings. This is the easiest fix and handles driver issues.

2. What actually worked for me (CLI Reset)

If Step 1 fails, you need to force a new registration using the Command Prompt.

CRITICAL: You MUST right-click and Run Command Prompt as Administrator. If you don't, you will get an "Access Denied" error and these commands won't work.

Run these three commands in order:

1. warp-cli registration delete
2. warp-cli registration new
3. warp-cli connect

This clears the internal "glitch" where WARP can't establish a handshake with the internet. It fixed it for me instantly.
