I have a boss who is successful but very innappropriate and insecure and doesn’t have an Ivy League degree. Went to state school. Anyways anytime I question his judgement or assumptions he makes, he tries to question if I really went to Cornell “as a joke”. He also says very misogynistic things about women like how at least his wife makes him a sandwich because she’s not American. On client calls he talk to client/probably friend on a work recorded line about a woman’s body parts (breasts) and how attractive some women of certain races are. Obviously he is not a long term plan I am trying to figure my out. But how would you deal with this? Use him for maximum benefit? He really angers me but I am trying to benefit from him too

I have nosey coworkers and sometimes feel guilt for keeping it a secret. But at the same time I have a very innappropriate boss and would not want to work with him long term. So it’s not wrong to keep grad schools secret with the goal of leaving. But what’s the best way to keep it a secret without lying.
