Does anyone know how I can get there? Do I need a specific quest first?

I’m looking for some feedback about Ozempic.

I’ve honestly never felt this exhausted in my life. At the beginning of the treatment, I had almost no side effects. But recently, things have completely changed.

Some days, I have to stay in bed most of the day. I feel extremely physically weak, nauseous, and at times I can barely stay standing for long.

I want to clarify that I am eating enough and not severely restricting my food intake.

Has anyone experienced something like this after being on Ozempic for a while? Did it get better over time, with a lower dose, or after stopping?
