It took me forever to find where the canister vent valve is located, was almost to the point of paying to access Kia's repair site. Found the charcoal cannister behind the gas tank followed the tubes and figured it had to be somewhere by the fill tube.

Found a video of a fill tube replacement and the damn thing is right up there. Attached the link to the part for it with the best diagram of the EVAP Fuel system I could find. Plan to replace this thing in the next month and can update how much swearing is involved if anyone is interested.

Hopefully clear the CEL I've had for 2 years and be able to fill my tank normally again. Fuse was good, hoping this is the only thing dead and the cannister is still good.
