Im 17 and i strarted trying to fix my tongue posture a year ago, but i see no improvments and im constently moving my tongue around because no matter what i try its uncomfterble and i cant get my tongue to stay on the roof of the mounth,and over the last couple of months i randomly have jaw pain. Can someone give me advice to fix my tongue posture?
