Thoughts on American Career College ADN program now?
For background I’m 27 soon to be 28 and doing a career change into nursing from scratch. I don’t want to go the community college route as I don’t want to waste time (I’m in CA) and really just want to pay to get into a decent program. Originally I had my heart set on West Coast University, doing prereqs at my CC to save money there for their BSN program. I mainly chose them as their program is CCNE nationally accredited with good pass rates.
ACC was on my original list of interest but its ADN program wasn’t nationally accredited through ACEN at the time. I’m just finding that they now have that accreditation. Which is helpful for hiring and bridging into a BSN later.
Has anyone gone through their ADN program here? What are your opinions on this? Thank you!
