I purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum in January. It’s been good & it’s an upgrade from my previous 2023 model, but I’m having some technical issues.

-heads up display no longer works & is greyed out
-Apple car play voice messaging has been an issue.. the music doesn’t turn down when sending or receiving texts so it can’t hear what I’m saying & I can’t hear what the text says. If I have the volume down low, the volume of the text is low.

I took it back to the dealership and they said they did a software update and everything should be fixed but nothing was fixed.

Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?
