My surgery is scheduled for July 6th. I’m starting a new job and will have to attend two days of orientation at weeks 4 and 5. I will be working full time as a nursing instructor starting week 6. I know this isn’t idea but I have no choice and there is never going to be an ideal time. Has anyone gone back to work at 4 weeks and done well?
