A lovely cook from yesterday. Chicken thigh fillets from Iceland (1.8kg for £10!) marinated overnight in Tubby Tom's Tandoori Rub, yoghurt, half a lemon and a little salt & sugar. 2 1/2 hours on the Aldi Kamado then served in naan bread with mango chutney, ratia, salad and a home-made onion pickle. Was a solid meal.
