Good Morning i have a Canon 645Cx Printer

1. when i print from computer no issue come printing is fine
2. Black & white Copy is fine

3. when i Copy some Color Page The printer Give Magenta solid Color on Copy or some time copy is normal

i replace the scanner unit and magenta cartridge but same issue i need the help .
