MS - LTC Insurance Question

I have had PPMS for 15 years. Been on SSDI for 6 years. And will be turning 65 this year. Currently I can still walk around the house and do small chores. But it’s getting harder as life goes on.

I am wondering if anyone has signed up for Long Term Healthcare insurance? I am not sure if I can still get an affordable rate with my age and disability. Any thoughts?
