Want to go to yoga but I can’t find pants / shorts that work, if I wear high waisted spandex shorts it’s too tight on my ostomy bag and uncomfortable, if I wear low waisted pants my ostomy bag just hangs in the air during certain poses and isn’t too comfortable either. I’m literally so lost trying to find something to work, anyone have suggestions??
