I host on both Airbnb & VRBO platforms utilizing a muti-booking integration platform for the calendar/messaging/lock integration in two Northwoods lakeside houses. We are 6 years into hosting. Normally I'm booked @ 70% by Feb 1. This year I'm at 42%, including my direct bookings.

Given the political uncertainty, I think we should expect more last minute bookings. I plan to keep my prices moderate for those bookings.

I would love to hear what other seasonal destination hosts are seeing & doing. (Winter had become as unpredictable as the weather in the Northwoods) Previously, reducing the price has ended up with guests that didn't respect the property or the neighbors, both of which are unacceptable.
