I've come to terms with the fact that the best way to completely learn Spanish fluently is immersion. What's the next best thing?

While I would love a chance to immerse myself completely in a Spanish-speaking country, I don't see that realistically happening any time soon.

I would consider myself pretty advanced in Spanish - I grew up hearing my parents speaking it to each other (just not to me, RIP) and can definitely get by in a conversation (I got a lot of practice at my last job and realized I can get by if I need to even if it's rocky and stressful and slightly annoying for the other person).

What is the next best thing after immersion that will really push me over the edge with my Spanish fluency journey?
