5am, dead asleep when window sensor goes off
I’m pretty proud of myself. It only took me 32 seconds to wake up, grab the .38, and clear two rooms in the back, as well as the hallway. Woke up this morning thinking I was going to need to kill someone. Needless to say, I didn’t need any coffee.
Turns out my wife left the window unlocked and the cats were leaning against it.
Edit: I would never want to kill someone. I’ve seen the damage it does to someone’s mental health when they’re forced to.
