How can a cus woman get top surgery without having gender dysphoria?
(EDIT omg it auto corrected the title, it was to say cis woman!!) I have seen everywhere over the internet, tiktok and youtube that you have to have gender dysphoria to have top surgery and also that anybody can get it
I am pretty certain I have just body dysmorphia, not gender dysphoria, around the way my chest looks, it deeply bothers me day to day and wearing a binder isn’t perfect but without it my life would look drastically different, this is something I’ve been struggling with since I was 11/12
I understand that it depends on the surgeon but how could someone like me even go about getting top surgery? I feel that a breast reduction isn’t right for me and I discussed with a GP who recommended therapy but I can’t seem to find any in the UK that helps with this kind of thing
I’m at a loss at the minute, I don’t know what to do anymore and I feel like nobody in my life is taking this seriously and I just wish that it would go away, please help me someone :(
