breakfast help/advice?
trying to lose a few pounds that has been put on over the last year. For breakfast ive been having 1weetabix with semi-skimmed milk, 100g fat free greek yogurt with 3g chia seeds and 1banana all mixed together. Is this enough? good calorie deficit? anything i could add or change? any advice would really help as im new to this🫢x
