How do you find leads on Instagram in a specific niche? For example say you want to work with real estate agents, how do you find countless pages of them?

Only digital work, bonus points if its in social media marketing

I don't think that social media can make a small business (like a restaurant, or a hairdresser or a local shop) grow that much in a town of 15k people where pretty much everybody knows each other. What do you think?
