just filed my fourth noise complaint

i’m going on my third year in my apartment and i absolutely love it, however in the last 6 months my downstairs neighbor has clearly picked up a habit of gaming and it has become incredibly disruptive. i’ll hear him talking and yelling starting around 1pm until the wee hours of the night. i typically go to bed before 10 which is his prime time and when he’s the loudest which makes it really difficult to fall asleep but i also tend to wake up to his noise in the middle of the night between 12-1am. about two months ago now i finally caved in and filed my first complaint, the spoke to him about it but nothing changed. second complaint they sent him a written letter, third complaint i don’t know what they did but it clearly didn’t work because i just had to file my fourth this evening. i know im being difficult, im probably the asshole in this situation but it has become increasingly more difficult to deal with and i’m becoming to discouraged with nothing being done by management. when i filed my report this evening i mentioned the fact that im considering getting the police involved with this being my fourth complaint and nothing being done on the other tenants end. i know im being sensitive but the issue not being resolved after the first complaint is just building more resentment in me :( i dont even know what to do anymore.

i’m f22 and am coming up on graduating with my bfa next month in design and visual communication. my process with the job hunt was pretty casual, applied to most postings i saw on linkedin and attempted to connect and network with people but only made one genuine connection. however that connection managed to help me nail my dream internship at one of the top award winning agencies in my city. i’m overjoyed, shocked, and beyond excited to start the role next month. it was also shocking to find out im the first in my class with post-grad plans.

now what im looking for advice on is what i can do to go full-time in this role. they like to hire on interns at the end of the position and there’s definitely opportunity for growth within company, i just want to know what i can do to stand out and get on their radar as someone who could potentially be a full time employee for them. for some added context if it helps at all the internship it’s 30 hours a week, 4 days remote and one day in the office. i’ll be working closely with a supervisor and helping them with projects, at this time i do not know who my supervisor will be.
