I finally have my 1st consultation at the hospital next week regarding my oa in hip. What questions should I ask? Any other advice? I'm in the uk. Thanks

I have recently been prescribed 50mg tramadol for oa hip pain. Is this more effective than naproxen? Does anyone else find other painkillers better?

I had been taking naproxen, paracetamol and omeprazole for my oa hip pain the past few months but the pain is getting worse so the doctor prescribed me 50mg tramadol which says to take 1 or 2 up to 4 times a day. I took one around 6pm and woke up feeling a bit spaced out. Is this normal? I'm unsure if I should persevere to see if it will help with pain relief. Any advice?
