Earlier this year my employer tried to remove reasonable adjustments that had previously been put in place and meant I was able to do my job. I did not agree to this and there was no process etc.
I made a complaint to HR with my union’s backing and we had a meeting where my managers spent the whole meeting berating me and made me feel so bad I sobbed like a baby, and I am not a crier. Ive never felt so low after. They didn’t let me talk and just basically made fun of me and made me out to be a liar. My union rep was unhappy about this and we made a further complaint to HR.
Now the HR rep has left and I’ve heard nothing further. I have since had to go part time because the removal of the reasonable adjustments made it impossible for me to work full time.
Should I be following this up?
Should I be making a new complaint?
