I'm trying to create as the title said a "youtube adjacent platform" basically a platform that would house independent content creators that can post their own videos, I would host advertisement as the way to keep the site up, if there's any more questions about the details just ask. Though I'm wondering what I should start with or do to create a site like this because I truly have no clue what I'm doing, I looked at some sites for a while and found they were actually all OTT and not exactly what I was looking for, after more research past that I found I might have to dev it from scratch and like I said have no clue where to start, so if I could get some advice or if applicable guidance to other places to find better advice please let me know! (The type of platform would be referred to as an AVOD I believe) [I forgot to mention, more detail in the comments, that the site is planned to house a certain niche it's not just some random youtube copy]
