About how long does it take for you to receive the personality assessment for First State Community Bank?

Should I resign the PIP position if I acquire a new one?

On a 30 day PIP, I have a phone interview this week. If I somehow secure this new job, but also survive the PIP of my current job, should I give two weeks? Should I just turn all my things in upon accepting the new position?

I’ve never been in this situation. I’m at a loss on what to do. It feels like my life has flipped upside down and backward.

Needing help. What questions should I ask my employer when on a VAGUE pip?

Obviously I’m putting in for other jobs but I can’t quit while on this PIP.

Edit for context - I’ve worked for the company 7 years. It wasn’t until I went full time, to a particularly troublesome location, that my performance has been “unsatisfactory”.

I’m updating my resume and I usually put “2019-Present” for my current position. I worked part time for the company up until January of last year when I gained full time.

If I apply to a company that does background checks, will this cause a discrepancy in my employment history? I’m contemplating leaving a gap for (2025-present) and explaining that my current position doesn’t apply to the job I’m putting in for. None of what I’m doing attributes to skills necessary for the position I’m applying for.

Is it better to leave a gap and explaining it or should I put the total duration I’ve worked for the company?

Can anyone verify the extent of the background checks that FSCB runs for applicants? I’m searching for a new job while currently employed and do not want my supervisors being contacted.

Can anyone verify what type of background check First State Community Bank runs on applicants? I am currently having some issues with my current position and I’m looking to apply but fear the employment verification will bog me down.

How in depth does the employment verification go? I’m in the state of Missouri. TIA
