I used Zilch Pay in 4 to make purchases on Grand RP and finished paying all the instalments a while ago. After some time, my account got permanently banned without any clear reason or proper explanation.

I’ve now completely lost access to the account/services I paid for, and support hasn’t really helped.

Would this still be enough grounds for a dispute or chargeback through Zilch even though the payments were completed? Has anyone dealt with something similar and actually won the case?
