Really interested in sharing ideas, best practice and how to empower your team to perform better for your clients.

I definitely don't have all the answers. I struggle with WFH employees. Would be great to connect with other agency owners.

I’ve seen two types of setups over the past year:

  1. Complex AI stacks with multiple tools, dashboards, integrations
  2. Simple systems with a clear strategy and consistent execution

The second group is outperforming more often than people want to admit. As an agency owner, I am frustrated by the number of subscriptions I am paying for each month. How can we simplify it?

I'm also not lured by "I built a Claude AI .... ". No value. No machine learning. No benchmarking or industry best practice.

The difference isn’t the tech. It's trying to everything to everyone.

When a business knows:

  • Who they’re targeting
  • What message they’re leading with
  • Where they’re investing
  • What success looks like

Execution becomes straightforward. Most importantly our marketers and account managers can easily run more accounts with this type of visibility.

This is not open to agencies, but it is open to your clients. Worth looking at. How much does it cost you for your team to write a marketing strategy for your clients?

Not for everyone, but for teams stuck in “doing things without a plan,” it might be helpful.
