This happened in a middle of a raid as I was so close to extracting. I didn't use any external devices, any third-party cheating software, or anything that belongs in the "abnormalities" criteria. This isn't actually the first time this happened as it did happen to me a few days ago (last week Thursday, I think), and it happened on multiple accounts (Facebook & Google). It caused me to lose the gear I took on those raids.
Any reason as to why this happens?
