Can anyone share insights on using soft titles in Workday? Currently, job profiles determine the job or position titles, often with a one-to-one correspondence for specialized functions. For general titles like Administrative Assistant Senior or Program Manager, multiple positions typically share a single job profile. I hope this clarifies where I'm headed.
