

Hi im a 22 year old female that is 5’5-6” and 110 lbs. I want to go to the gym 3 days a week to try and gain weight primarily muscle in my legs, glutes, and back. I’m very much a beginner and don’t have anyone to ask for advice but does this look like a good routine for my first month?
I’d do lower body each time, back 2x a week, and core 1x a week. Also I only plan to add weight if i successfully succeed in the reps and form.
Any tips to help stay motivated or eating suggestions to help out the workout?
