I was just wondering if I were to have

splinter [[If a triggered ability of a Ninja creature you control triggers, that ability triggers an additional time.]]

and

Danny pink [[Creatures you control have "Whenever one or more counters are put on this creature for the first time each turn, draw a card."]]

would it cause danny pinks ability to trigger twice? Since its the first instance of a counter being added still?
