Chronos(Greek mythology, this one from hades 2 specifically though because I needed an attractive first image) - Along with plenty of other Greek characters who serve as literal manifestations, he specifically personifies Time
Old man consequences(FNAF): As the name implies, he personifies consequences, primarily for the main antagonist of the series, William Afton(though depending on your interpretation he may be henry emily, another character, understanding him requires a bachlors worth of FNAF knowledge)
The thaw(Star Trek: Voyager): He is fear. A group of colonisers meant to outlive an apocalypse on a dying planet by suspending themselves in statis pods, meanwhile their minds would be kept active by an AI simulating a world defined by their inner being. Over time, a malevolent entity formed from the fears of these colonisers which manifested as: the thaw! who even deigns himself as fear.
(most of voyager is pretty good, but if you want to watch it, this is definitely a must have seen for me )
