We are creating a space for a dedicated stream room for our live stream sound tech and camera controllers to work from. There I a wide opening between the room and the sanctuary that we would like to block of with something where they can still see the service but the sound is reduced. it won’t be full sound proof as the walls etc weren’t built that way (even though that’s preferable from what I’ve read). but what would be the best material and where would I buy it or what type of contractor would I call? all and any advice appreciated. The issue we have is our live stream sound techs have a hard time mixing when the sound from the room is so loud. We cannot move them to another part of the building

I am having an issue with Apple. I initiated a repair for some wired headphones a few weeks ago. best I can figure is that items without a serial number are given a dummy serial number and somehow my email address is now associated with that serial number. I have received to date about 100 emails from Apple stores all over the world meant for other people. they contain first and last name, repair id, store location, item purchase date, details or repair needed, customer signature and sometimes home addresses and partial credit card info. I have spoken to Apple several times who confirm they are legit emails but despite trying haven’t been unable to fix it. I feel this is a breach of information that has been ongoing long enough that it needs to be reported- but to who??? Is this an issue I should primarily use USA channels for because that’s where Apple is located? the emails come from all over the globe (UK, France, USA, Chine, Germany, Korea etc etc).
