TikTok Shop registration keeps getting rejected – "Abnormal Risk Assessment" with no explanation (Germany)
Hey everyone, hoping someone here has dealt with this before.
I've been trying to register a TikTok Shop in Germany for a while now and keep hitting the same wall. Every time I submit my application, it gets rejected with the reason "Abnormal Risk Assessment" – and that's it. No further explanation, no specific reason, nothing.
I've contacted support multiple times but they're completely unhelpful. They just repeat the same generic responses without telling me what's actually triggering the rejection.
Some context:
- Registering as an individual seller in Germany
- All documents submitted (ID, proof of address)
- Address verification seems fine
- No previous TikTok Shop account that I know of that could cause a conflict
At this point I'm genuinely stuck because TikTok won't tell me what the issue is, and support won't escalate it either. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to resolve it? Is there a way to reach an actual human at TikTok who can look into it properly?
