Hi all,

I'm interviewing to be a new manager and I have questions. First off, do interviewers use AI to ask questions? The person interviewing me today had huge pauses between questions and seemed really unfocused on me and completely engrossed with something else on their screen. It created a very akward and disconcerting interview, which I suppose could have been the point. Is this normal for Petco? At the end, I was asked to move forward, but after seeing some other reviews, I'm unsure if I should.

Does anyone have any advice? Is this job worth it? Or should I run far away?
