I’m brand new to this sub and learning about this condition.

Tested positive in Dec 2025 for ureaplasma after months of itching, odor, pain after masturbation(not sexually active since Sept 2025 but that sex hurt too.)

The meds helped and I was so relieved to have my normal coochie back! Then a few days after I finished the meds, it came back full force. I went back to the doc, more tests, everything negative. She told me to take a probiotic.

I had no health insurance in January and felt so shameful and demoralized after my last doctors visit in Dec that I just dealt with it. Boric acid helped with the smell, I’d try to breathe through the itching and just bathe daily no matter what which also helped the odor I think.

I finally made it back to the doctor recently and had another set of tests run. All negative.

The tests were a complete panel for STIs, yeast, BV and mycoplasma/ureplasma. I’ve gotten an exam at every appointment.

I cried when I got my most recent results and asked ChatGPT. I hate using AI but I was panicking. Thankfully it suggested CV to me, I found this sub and did my first Baking Soda bath yesterday.

I had almost immediate relief! I noticed some sensations throughout the day but my pelvic area felt very relaxed and not itchy at all. This morning I felt a little itchy again so I’m doing another baking soda bath. I’m thinking I’ll do it daily for a week or so and see how that feels.

However, I’m feeling concerned because my symptoms and experience don’t match up with other folks here. I don’t have any significant discharge and I see a lot of women with confirmed CV saying baking soda made them burn more first or have a reaction.

So I guess my brain is like “well I must not have this even if the baths are helping if I don’t have the same issues as everyone else”

I’m going to order a PH test kit but my understanding is if the baths are working, it won’t any issues anyway. So should I discontinue the baths to confirm I have this or just keep going if I’m getting relief?

I posted about this last week but was just venting and deleted my post because none of the comments were really helpful.

I’m on ZepBound.

4 weeks at 2.5mg(felt pretty amazing and minimal side effects)

8 weeks at 5mg(physical symptoms were manageable but the anhedonia and low motivation were not)

7 weeks at 2.5mg

Im on week 7 at 2.5mg and about a week ago, not even totally correlated with my shot, I started getting explosive diarrhea. I may have been a bit constipated beforehand and I do have a history of that sort of overflow diarrhea that happens when I’m actually constipated. This feels different.

I’ve definitely had loose stools and explosive diarrhea, sulfur burps, gurgling in my low stomach after I eat, bloating and gas for 9 days now. Some days I’ve had slightly more formed stool so I thought it was over only for it to come back full force.

I took Imodium yesterday at 9am which helped stop the extreme gas and diarrhea for about 5 hours. I woke up at 3am this morning and had diarrhea for a few hours. I took pepto at 4am and fell back asleep by 5:30. Woke up at 8, explosive diarrhea and gurgling but at least the burps are gone.

I don’t think I have a stomach virus as outside of this, I feel fine. No nausea, headache, body ache, nothing.

I have to work today but I’m going to try to go to urgent care tonight or tomorrow morning. I’m scared to take anything else for fear of making it worse. My question is, what will they even do for me at urgent care? Like I don’t think there’s a test for the stomach bug and I’m worried they’ll just brush me off because I’m fat and on a GLP-1 and say it’s a normal side effect. Medical invalidation is really triggering for me.

It doesn’t make any sense to me that my symptoms would increase 5-6ish weeks after LOWERING my dose. I also don’t think I can tolerate this medication if it is going to randomly make me shit my brains out for weeks at a time with no explanation or way to stop it. Like this can’t be good for my body???

I’m eating applesauce, gluten free toast(I typically don’t eat gluten), plain chicken for protein and rice for now and that really isn’t enough nutrition to sustain me but I am terrified to eat anything else. I’m drinking tons of fluids and it feels like I shit that out almost immediately too.
