Massive bloat of unwanted app installations

Today I decided to try and finally switch over to Cape. I have been a bit skeptical of switching, but I am still looking for a privacy-centered phone service. However, after getting the application set up and installed on my phone, things seem to be working. I was able to use the Cape app to send messages with my secondary phone number and still send messages with my primary number. However, shortly after, I noticed that my apps on my phone were beginning to move around, and then with some scrolling, I noticed that I had a number of apps around two gigabytes worth of data being continually installed and re-installed after I uninstalled them. These apps included things such as Teamoo, a news app, Facebook, TikTok, and a couple other applications that I'm unsure of what they were. I was finally able to turn on airplane mode and cut my Wi-Fi, get everything uninstalled, and force quit the app installer. But I then was very skeptical about what was going on and immediately removed the e-sim from my phone, which has let me in a bit of a bite. Has anyone else had these sorts of issues? Is this a privacy concern or is this a bug within the app?
