So I am building a startup business building custom booking and client management systems for beauty businesses.
And I am genuinely curious to hear from lash artists: What would make your work SO much easier?
For example, I had a lash artist client who really wanted a system where she could save the lash maps for each client and upload result pictures for each booking - so that whenever a client returns asking for the same thing, she pulls it up instantly. I built it like you can see on the picture, and she loves it.
I really want to make this business authentic and actually help my clients the best I can to give them the best experience, and I would appreciate if you guys would tell me: what are your biggest pain points?
