Rosemary seems so easy, I’ve never had any trouble with it in my gardens before, but this one is pale and looks sickly. It’s been in my herb garden for a couple years and I pruned it back in late winter/early spring. I’m in zone 9b. I can’t tell if it’s getting too much water from recent rains or if it’s not getting enough sun. Any help is appreciated!
