in love with my results! recovery has been so much easier than i expected. only took one pain killer since being discharged from the hospital. i thought id be crippled but i have been able to walk and move around as if i didnt get anything done. super surprised cause ive read it would be like hell on earth for a couple weeks. my dr said the first few days are the hardest so im hoping the recovery stays this comfortable. i got a labiaplasty + chr + fat transfer. i do think the fat transfer is helping protect my incisions which is what is making my recovery more comfortable from being brushed up against. i was expecting this to be a lot harder so i got very lucky. still early so i will update more.
i'm taking bromelain tablets to help with bruising & swelling & I- lysine to help with collagen & tissue repair.
